Project & Program Management

Most important business initiatives require the dedication of a Project Manager to manage timelines, resolve issues, negotiate conflicting priorities, control budgets, communicate progress and more.  When multiple projects are involved, this holds true for an entire program.  It’s one of the most critical roles in business success.

How We Can Help

Since every initiative requires a uniquely tailored approach, we collaborate with our clients to deliver solutions that yield success from the planning, design, implementation and close out of

all types of technology or telecommunication projects.

Our Management

Like most firms, our experienced consultants are Project and Program Managers with the right blend of practical knowledge, experience, and people skills to lead initiatives to success. However, we are also experienced change leaders who know that finishing projects on time and on budget is only half the job.  We utilize our full range of expertise to ensure that objectives are accomplished in ways that maximize business value. Whether that means assisting in project planning, helping to recover failing projects, or leading initiatives from start to finish, our focus our client’s success.

Vendor Management

It is more common than not for vendors to be responsible for deliverables within a project. Whether you are implementing a new system application or outsourcing a piece of your business, vendor management is a necessity in business today. ETM has the experience to manage and work on your behalf with vendors to ensure terms and conditions are met. If you already have a PMO in place, ETM can help you add the proper governance necessary to manage your vendors effectively.

Your vendors have an agreement with you; not with other suppliers. During the planning process, you may discover vendor deliverables have dependencies on each other. We can help you identify those integration points and manage the handoffs between multiple parties. As the experts, we know the pitfalls and act on your behalf as ‘the owner’s rep” to ensure all parties associated with projects meet their commitments. Managing scope and the contract while applying change management to the process provides the transparency required to achieve success.
